Ways To Get Past The Difficult Aspects Of Blogging

Just like all other writers, bloggers occasionally lose the muse.

Every thought that occurs to me seems cliched or uninteresting, or worse, nothing at all.

What should a blogger do?

The following five strategies might help you get rid of the clutter and come up with a fantastic post idea:

First, the news!

See what grabs your attention when you open a newspaper or your preferred news portal.

What are today’s politicians doing?

Do you have any concerns, or are you just plain afraid of any pending legislation?

Or maybe there is a bill being proposed or someone running for office that you would like to publicly endorse.

Do you have anything to say about a star who is bound to get into trouble again?

Perhaps you know who should date or get married to whom.

Who passed away?

It might be time for a good memorial post for a nice individual.

In previous years, what happened “On This Date”?

There are some historical occurrences that need investigation and composition.

Do you enjoy sports?

Your opinions on the playoffs or the players may be of interest to the many sports fans who blog or read your posts.

Remember to look at the editorial page and the letters to the editor.

Do you agree with the views expressed there?

Explain why or why not to the world.

Go through some blogs!

Go through your favorite blogs now.

What are they discussing?

You may have an alternative viewpoint on the newest trending topic that your fellow bloggers would find intriguing or that might enrage them.

By the way, don’t worry about offending other bloggers; most of them enjoy having something to complain about.

Look through some of the blogs that usually irritate you, the ones that seem to advocate for everything that contradicts your way of life, if you can’t find anything inspiring on your favorite site.

Anger can always be a terrific blog motivator, but avoid being irrationally furious.

After leaving a comment on a few blog entries, turn your comments into a blog post.

Try signing up for Blog Explosion, Blog Clicker, or any of the several other blog traffic generation tools as well; there are a number of topics that are worth discussing from both a pro and a con standpoint.

What have you been reading or viewing lately?

Have you recently read any good or poor books?

Write a review, a blast, or even an abstract for your blog on what you’ve just read but don’t reveal the finish.

What about movies?

Both the fantastic and the pathetic ones could be worthy of praise or criticism.

You might regularly post reviews of movies or books on your site.

The same is true of TV series.

Create a series based on your favorite television program; many viewers may be curious about your perspective and value your recaps of episodes they missed.

There will undoubtedly be a critic who expressed disapproval of a book, film, or television program that you thought was excellent.

Locate the negative review and compose a post refuting the reviewer’s assertions.

What have you been up to?

Your house, coworkers, supervisors, and family members are all fair for your blog; just keep it brief and humorous, and you’ll have a fantastic post.

You could want to write some sequels after introducing your audience to a particularly fascinating character.

When was the last time you took a trip?

Write a travelogue about your experience there or investigate some destinations you’d want to visit and write about them.

Do you possess a unique talent?

People could want to know how to do something if you can create something original or something common but elevated by your expertise.

Give away advice on organizing, cooking, sewing, cleaning, do-it-yourself projects, pet care, kid care, beauty secrets, and personal hygiene.

Include it in your blog on a regular basis.

If you have a digital camera, choose a topic that interests you, snap some images of it, and then write about it.

It’s likely to pique someone else’s interest if you find it humorous, tragic, or intriguing.
